I've picked up the book and leafed through it and the science in it I find particularly appealing. Since I'm moving soon and my lifestyle will probably change pretty drastically I'm planning on picking the book up and giving it a shot.

Are you serious?
I don't know a lick about this book, but I can say with 100% certainty that this is 100% BS.
Seriously, if there was actually a way to gain 34lbs of muscle in 4 weeks and only work out 4 hours total in that time, there would be no fat people in the world, and this guy would be a billionaire.
If putting on that much muscle that easily was possible, there would be a lot of really embarassed body builders right now.
Edit: Holy crap, I just did about 2 minutes of reading on that site, and it's hillarious.
Anyone who is wondering if a book is legit when it's list of claims are:
Gain 34 lbs of muscle in 4 weeks with 4 hrs of gym time
sleep 2 hrs a day and feel great
achieve 15 minute female orgasms (yup, that is exactly the kind of thing someone writing a legit breakthrough workout book would include)
Needs to give their head a shake.
