I've picked up the book and leafed through it and the science in it I find particularly appealing. Since I'm moving soon and my lifestyle will probably change pretty drastically I'm planning on picking the book up and giving it a shot.

I *thought* I had read that he actually lost a tonne of weight before going on his muscle gains. So in reality, he was probably just coming back to his normal size + a few pounds. However, I dont know if the article I read was true, and I can't find it.
