Since I have stayed at 180 thanks to my 2 week binge in BC/Seattle I have started to play some tennis. I think by next week or so I should be back to 175 and can continue to chip away to 165. I really haven't bee trying all that hard lately but my total calories a day is still very low. Bad news is I have another trip to Seattle 2 weekends from now that is going to be filled with lots of beer and bad food. Luckily it is just for a weekend and shouldn't harm me to much
