I've wanted to post in this thread for a while now, but didn't want to post without accomplishing something first. Finally have something to write! In May 2011, I was 217 lbs - heaviest (fattest) in my life. I was 175 lbs in 2005.
On June 27th, I started my strict healthy food diet (along with lots of Ball Hockey and a fairly active day job) and as of this morning I am 197.6 lbs! I planned on losing 2 lbs a week, but so far the fat is burning a little quicker than expected. The plan was to be 205 lbs by today originally! Feels great!
My weight goal is 175 lbs!
