My girlfriend bought me this stuff and it works really good to get rid of red bumps/razor burn. I used to have it really bad and this stuff has almost totally got rid of it. It's like a roller ball and you apply it after you shave.
She works at Angles Hair Salon so I'm sure you can find it there. Good luck man. Oh and it burns like hell, but so worth it.
