Well that settles that then, kinda sucks. Makes me wonder why the actors were all pushing that, "if Jesse killed him...." stuff in interviews. Even Gilligan has, I remember reading an interview early on, where he was talking about Jesse's state of mind in season four, and he was rather ambiguous about the outcome of the third season.

Anyway, it's not surprising given that that's really the only likely outcome of that scene, I just doubted he would come out and say that. I was wrong.

At this point in the show, my only real complaint is there is little room now for humour. It's just very dark now and throwing in the humour the show had in the first season, probably wouldn't fit all that well, given what has gone down.
