Ctrl-Shift-Alt ( or some combination of the 3) should work.

Do a google search on Turning off french keyboard (or a CP search as I know the question has been asked here before)

You can remove it as an option in control panel dealing with Region and Language, which differs depending on your OS.

edit: Also, if you havent already disabled it, you can use the language toolbar on the taskbar to access the same settings,
