Honestly Aberjnutbar should have been arrested the moment that he stepped into the UN for crimes against his people, but at the end of the day, the UN is really a ball less organization.

I remember when I did my peace keeping tour my thought every day was that if something ever happened, I'd get killed because the UN closed at 5:00 so any decisions that concern my well being would have to wait until 9 the next morning.
