With the Sept. 1st Distracted driving law approaching, I need to find a "hands free" solution for using the phone while driving my vehicle as I do a ton of driving from site to site.

What is the easiest, cheapest reliable way to go? I have heard there are FM transmitters but I've tried that with IPOD and it sucks. Just wondering what to do as I have no clue about this stuff.
