I was reading an interview with one of the producers of the Transformers films and he not only says there will be another sequel, but they are hoping for another trilogy.
In my opinion, another trilogy could work
if they rebooted it, got a proper director and especially a proper script. Unfortunately, the producer says that the new movie (or trilogy) WON'T be a re-boot and will be a continuation of the first 3. Two of the three movies had awful stories, and you could argue they are all terrible. The first I liked, haven't seen the third, but I heard it was as terrible as 2. Why continue with a bunch of movies that have terrible story lines though?
It is clear that the producers don't give a crap about actually making good films, they just want to rake in the money. Really pisses me off because I think a good transformers film could be made.
I wonder if Chris Nolan would move on to Transformers when he is done with his Batman trilogy and made a Transformers trilogy. haha
