Canada's government has been overloaded with beaurocrats for ever, the biggest monetary drain is our system is that we have a person and a half doing the job of one person.

the biggest drain on our health care system is that there are too many people on the butt end of the spear and not enough people on the sharp end of the spear.

While I feel sorry for the people losing their jobs, they are jobs that we can clearly survive without.

This should have happened about 5 years ago instead of increasing the size of the public work force, we should have been taking an axe to it.

Its a good first step.
