Except for Survivor or Apprentice and Corner Gas, I rarely watch regular network television . . . . and never have watched Arrested Development, The OC, CSI, etc. . . .
For me, programs of interest:
Pilot Guides on OLN
Daisy Does America on TBS is pretty funny but I read a few days it might not last long.
Gunsmoke, Roy Rogers, Annie Oakley, etc, etc. re-runs on Lonestar . . . . love those crappy old shows from the 50's!!
Old re-runs from the 60's and 70's on Deja-vu like Get Smart.
Battlestar Galactica, of course, on Space . . . . although, in fairness, that's mostly on DVD where I'm watching, not Space.
Reliable Sources, media critic Howard Kurtz of the Washington Post on CNN on Sunday morning is a pretty good, albeit obscure, show.
Some of the programs looking into various emergency wards around the USA on The Learning Channel are pretty fascinating in a ghoulish, voyeuristic way.
Any BBC newscast will give you a video look at obscure countries and situations you probably won't see on American or Canadian newscasts.
Seinfeld re-runs and the occasional Simpson or Family Guy.
