Celebrating your cities heritage is one thing. A reason to get drunk or laid because you wore a stupid cowboy hat is another. It's lame! Just another reason the ######bags with their afflicition t-shirts can go down to cowboys and hunt down some slut. Another reason the ceo's can have another day off work when they couldn't tell you the first thing about country life. It's artificial, maybe they should get heidi montage to be the parade marshall. Sorry but like someone said earlier, its the people that complain about hicktown all year, hate country music are the ones partaking in the celebrations.
