OJ was pretty much a battered wreck by that age, I question that he could physically do the crime. His son could.
On the night of the murders Jason left his job as a chef early at 9:45 supposedly the murders happened sometime after 10:00
He lied about his time leaving work when questioned by the cops.
He took his set of chef knives home with him that night.
He had a history of rage issues
He had motive.
It explains why the gloves were to small for OJ, it also would explain that when OJ tried to take the murder weapon from his sons hands he received that nasty cut and the funky blood evidence.
I believe that Jason murdered Nicole Brown Simpson and her boyfriend that night. Somehow OJ stumbled upon it and struggled to take the knife away from his son, he also took any other evidence including the gloves which were too small for his hands.
In an effort to do his fatherly thing, he attempted to badly cover up his sons involvement.

You are on a roll today CC. Between this, and "breaking a cell phone contract." I don't know what is more bullet proof.
I will admit, this is one of the first theories on OJ that actually made me say... hmmmph, maybe there is another explanation.
