Just joined a gym, first workout in years this morning. Nice and light just easing back into it. But tomorrow I am going to attempt a spin class....I haven't ridden a bike in years. I predict pain and wobbly legs...
Looking to lose 20-25lbs. Need to be a little leaner and meaner for hockey. Some good advice in this thread, I will have to check out a number of those sites for meals and eating tips.
