If he does wash out at 3B (like Ryan Bruan did) then plug him into LF with his strong arm and above-average speed. If he can't hack it in LF then he is an unqualified bust (regardless of his bat) in my eyes, and probably gets traded to another team that thinks they can salvage him.
Frankly, the Jays moving a 21-year-old athletic rookie infielder to DH to make room for a big-money 34-year-old current DH is beyond idiotic.
