I fully expect Captain America, Cowboys vs Aliens, and even Harry Potter to be good. Not even a Harry Potter fan, but I can't turn down a movie with a cast like that (Gary Oldman & Ralph Fiennes in the same movie).
Thor, X-Men, and Super 8 were also either very good in their own rights.
Transformers was destined to suck with Bay steering the ship. He had some good films in the 90's (The Rock and Bad Boys), but everything he has made since then has been utter trash. DotM is no exception. Great special effects, but does that really matter when you don't care about the characters or story?
They should of killed off the cast and NOT the Transformers.
