Like Lanny said, the only real difference between a Cooper S and Cooper S Works is in the engine (different head, different supercharger, exhaust etc) -- the suspension and handling are the same. You can add a Works suspension to a Cooper S or a Cooper S Works, it is just a changeout of springs,shocks & bushings in the shop. A Cooper S can also easily be turned into a full Works.

It is a fair comparison, because anyone can specify the Works package when they order their Cooper S.
