Which game are you going to? They aren't playing there until Monday. I'll be there for the July 8-10 games.
If you are biking to the game there is a bike storage center provided free of charge and monitored by the Giants staff. It's on the back of the building near the Marina Gate.
I've been about 15 times to SF and the biggest thing I realized is I don't need to take transit anywhere. I walked from the Grand Hyatt to Fisherman's Wharf three times last week and it was much faster than waiting for a cable car and then riding it there. I used to take the Muni to the games but realized it's quicker and easier to walk. As long as you have a good pair of shoes, or in your case a bike, you'll be fine.
