South Bay, actually. If you have a car, go to Curpitino Village (head south on HWY-280, exit on Wolfe, head north for 2 blocks, a bunch of places on the left). A lot of people I know up in SF actually come to south bay for chinese food.
Better mexican food in South Bay too, particularly San Jose downtown.
