Yeah I think Grimaldi is a lot closer to the NHL than Gaudreau given his physical build and maturity.
But, skill wise, Gaudreau sounds like he may be Grimaldi's superior.
When you hear things like this from ex coaches:
"He's one of the most dynamic offensive talents that our country has seen in the past 10 years," Beach said. "His name is right up there with Patrick Kane, a smaller guy with an unbelievable skill set. He should definitely be drafted and will play in the NHL someday."
The guy finished 4th in scoring in the tough USHL as a 17 year old rookie. He had an amazing 23.4% shooting percentage over 60 games!?!?!
Hopefully he can build the necessary weight and muscle to take the physical rigours of the NHL.
