No I'm not right, I don't know. In fact I talked to a Rogers person about doing exactly that and they wouldn't tell me if it was possible, which makes sense because it only meant that I'd be ditching them for an even cheaper "plan" of my own.
I don't care about ditching my number though so that's not a consideration for me.
