I have Optik - had it since it came out....running on coax. Zero problems*.

The installer ran the tests exactly as PsnaP suggested they do and found everything was fine, end of story.

edit - *zero problems with the inside of the house. There was a problem on the outside of the house where the technician missed a part that was supposed to be replaced. A talk, dark and handsome Telus tech came to my house and fixed the problem in seconds.
