I don't have the problem with this, provided that the offer remains essentially the same. The only thing that I think should be clarified/guaranteed is the land swap terms, which have been mentioned previously as the primary sticking point.

I think that the province owning the land through there is vital because it will prevent any future disagreements/blockades if a long-term lease arrangement was made. The reserve route is the most direct, straightest, and easiest out of all of the options considered because, unfortunately, our city gave away much of the leverage of an in-city route when Lakeview was built.

My personal impression is that the Tsuu T'ina realized that the offer of a lifetime has been presented to them, and with some minor clarifications, can not be passed up on. That being said, if they try and milk more money from the province and/or try to change the scope of the deal dramatically, I think that the province would/should tell them to stuff it. Again.
