^^^ well, after seeing that I am even hesitant to put up my message. Thats amazing stuff, DA!! truly it is!!
I hit the scales at the gym last night and found myself within 5 pounds of MY goal weight. I'm pretty happy with that considering where I started 7 months ago.
The "gurus" tell me that my optimal weight should be somewhere between 150 and 185. Frankly, I cant see myself at that number. I just dont think I would carry it well.
I set my goal weight to 195 and I am currently at 200 even. I figure for a 6 ft. tall, 47 year old guy, 195 should be alright.
