They can handle this quietly quite easily I think. Prince Harry arrived at the Calgary Airport very quietly and hardly anyone noticed. Actually, I was on the same flight - or so I was told by other passengers who were in the first class section. Only the flight crew and first class passengers knew. He was ushered in quietly.
Besides, don't most foreign dignitaries do the staircase thing on the tarmac? They could come down the stair and be whisked away in a limo and not interfere with any operations inside the actual terminal.
