Sure. But at some point the cost to the rest of us is an unfair request from those living in remote areas. Just because you've decided to live somewhere inconvenient, that shouldn't be an unlimited draw card for access to the public purse.
Air Canada currently operates 3 flights a day to Goose Bay, Labrador. If they had to be cut down to 1 flight per day I'd be ok with that if it made air service across the country more affordable.
