The only difference between Dunn's alleged illegal act of drinking and driving and Clemons' illegal act of smoking pot, is that Dunn's death was directly related. You're clearly anti-dunk driving which is great, but you can't pick and choose between the justification of illegal acts. It's almost as if you base your opinions on the way someone dies.
Also, just a reminder that at this point Dunn's death is not yet confirmed to be alcohol related. I will concede that chances are, he was under the influence, but you can't judge so quickly without evidence.

Show me where Clemon's smoking of pot put someone in direct danger of a horrible, sudden and violent death.
Dunn chose to drink, Dunn chose to give a ride to a passenge, Dunn chose to drive really fast after drinking.
The choice is pretty easy for me, and maybe I'm a bit of a preacher, if your going to drink, at the very least hand off your keys, or get a designated driver, or whatever.
Unless you can show me where Clemons' was sitting on his couch smoking some grass and suddenly the couch started up and squeeled out of its living room spot at high speed and ran over his room mate, I don't see where there are any similarities.
And also as I've said in other threads about the legalization of grass, I have no trouble legalizing it if its handled properly.
Its not the illegal act in this case that I'm pissed about, its the fact that this guy basically murdered his friend because he made a bad choice, was selfish etc.
