You really need to educate the public either way.
The idea was that a plebiscite could save money, but really all you do is add the cost of running the plebiscite on top of the cost of the education. All the money in the world spend on educating the public isn't going to make a plebiscite a more educated decision than letting council make a decision.

I must be missing something. If the city is going to spend all kinds of money to educate me to vote yes, then why would we go through the exercise?
I am starting to feel like the city is wasting more and more money...coincidentally taxes are really starting to rise.
