The Thrashers dominated the game on all fronts and didnt allow the Sabres a sniff in this game.
The Thrashers outshot the Sabres 36-20 taking 12 shots in each period, but did not take one penalty in the game while scoring on one of the 3 Sabre misfractions.
Bill Guerin led the way with 2 goals and an assist, while Brendan Shanahan had 1 goal and 2 assits on the night.
Other point getters were Anso Carter with 2 assists, Captain Craig Conroy with 2 assists, and Martin St Louis with two assists.
Patrick Lalime picked up his league leading 5th shutout and 31st win of the year on the night.

A Perfect game!
Next game for the Thrashers is a quick trip to Columbus to face the Blue Jackets tomorrow, before flying home for a match against the oldest GM in the league Axel Axmann and his Flames on Monday.
