My personal suggestion is to go organic. Cut down on some chemicals/pesticides/fillers etc. from Mrs. Boblobla's diet and also from Jr. Boblobla's diet as he starts solid foods.
It worked for me. Peanut Jr. rarely puked and she's a pretty good sleeper. It might just be fluke but... worth a shot!!
