Last week there was a similar stunt pulled in London, when a guy dressed in a spider-man outfit climbed the big ferris wheel on the Thames. He was from the same group as Batman, drawing attention to father's access rights.
As a family lawyer, it is my experience that courts only limit access in cases where the access parent is clearly screwed-up. If a parent has been denied access for over a year, there was probably a very good reason for that. Pulling stunts like these is not going to make you appear more stable to the Court.
