That's what I knid of thought about the "Good Luck" when I read it in the ingredients list. but in the recipe it says "Heat good Luck in skillet...." and I thought not even a little old granny would take it THAT far. :P I'm guessing it's an oil of some sort. *Shrug*

and it's kind of lame, but it's supposed to be "Newfoundland Tuna Casserole". I mean, you're supposed to make it w/real Newfie tuna, but I'm going to use chicken of the sea or whatever, ssshhh! ;)
