I've got Rogers down to $12.45 a month so they can go lower than that. In fact I just opened my bill and I'm in arrears by a month. My new bill is $26.91 with taxes and late charges. Their customer service people aren't afraid of lying I've noticed -- they made up all sorts of crap when I needed a replacement phone. Give the guy the pressure. Say "I know someone who has a deal for 12 bucks a month so I know you can go lower".
