Well after trading away arms like Hallady and Marcum in the past two years, you can see now that the Jays are going to struggle to finish out this year with their rotation. Romero is the only guy with a shred of consistancy. Morrow will probably finish the year with the team, but he's very AJ Burnett like where he has stuff, but lacks it upstairs to put it together. You can tell when he faces teams like the Red Sox and Yanks, who slap him around.
Hence why the team stocks up on arms at the draft. You can never have enough pitching, especially in their Division. When the Jays do decide to throw the chips in and go for it, I think trying to acquire another bonafide starter will be a priority.
