The other aspect, is certain high profile players are not drafted as the Clubs can not afford to sign the player. Seems to be unique to Baseball
For example the Jays have a rumoured $20 million dollar budget for this draft. Other teams have no where near that amount.
Therefore AA drafted many high end / expensive players.
