(t) subject to subsection (4), drive a vehicle on a highway at a speed greater than 60 kilometres per hour, or the maximum speed limit established or prescribed for that highway under

115(4) Subsection (2)(t) does not apply if there are 2 or more traffic lanes for traffic moving in the same direction as the vehicle and there is at least one traffic lane between the driver’s vehicle and the stopped emergency vehicle or tow truck.

btw: with the mention of "cash cow," did anybody else notice that the speed limit on Memorial Drive eastbound at 14th St has been moved again, just as I predicted it would be a couple of months ago? It was moved a little farther down the road, and will stay there for 8-12 months. Then, watch out...it'll be moved back again, and the speed traps will show up.
