The campaign lasted over a month and they played radio and TV ads constantly, a big colour ad was in the paper everyday!
Anyhoo I slow down when I see flashing lights anyways even before the law just out of reflex associated with the red & blue lights...and the law has the idea right, although kinda a cash cow, they should be increasing the demerits instead of the fine. It's kinda harsh but that woman deserved it, if she doesn't believe so she can watch these videos, in both cases the cop in question is lucky to walk away without a scratch but I sure as hell don't wanna be these guys:
