Also is there anything wrong with drinking excess water? I found out that what I consider 8-10 glasses a day is really more like 12-16 Glasses. It appears harder to reach my daily goals when I gotta lose 2-3 Lbs of water each workout, but maybe im just paranoid.

and as a side note, and I dont remember where I read this, but you should never go below 1800 calories a day as a male. And I think its 1400 for females.
Your body will go into starvation mode if you drop below that.
