Default Golf Course Fight

So let me tell you a story about what happened to me today...
Decided to play the back 9 of the local course with a couple buddies. Things were going OK, but it was moving slow. The group ahead had us waiting on most tee boxes. Our group also had a couple guys that have a hard time hitting the ball straight..so the guys behind us were forced to wait too, whatever that's golf.

We hit our tee shots on the 17th. 2 buddies go into the trees. They start looking for their balls, it takes a little while. The group behind us gets to the tee box and starts screaming at us to hurry up. We ignore it. They sail 3 beautiful drives right over our heads. Dick move, but whatever we ignore. This hole is a par 5 so as we're setting up for our 3rd shots they do it again. Another ball comes flying past my head. At this point I am pretty pissed but I am golfing on a corporate membership and don't want to be part of a confrontation...again I say or do nothing. By the time we finish putting one of these guys is 30 yards off ready to chip on. We decide that as a nice treat for him we will "forget" to put the flag back in. He sees this and snaps. Lines up his shot and fires it right at me. It was a wedge so it was way over my head but still.... this son of a bitch then ran over to our cart and took my driver. Screaming at me to put the flag back in. These were 3 Korean dudes in their 50s. Very hard to understand...but he was getting his point across. He refused to give me back my driver and I refused to put the pin in. Hmm, what to do? I decide I will drive my cart over to his and do one of two things. A) Throw his bag in the water hazard or B) Take a club of my choosing. I start on my way when his even more crazy buddy runs up to my moving cart and starts swinging his 7 iron at me. We are talking broken bones if he connects. I have to abort this plan. I turn the cart around and head back to the green to confront the driver thief. By this time he is in a heated dispute with my buddy about the rules of golf. I just walk up to him and grab the driver out of his hand. Well, he didn't like that one bit...he decides that he will barricade the golf cart. I gave him a couple warnings to get out of my way, he wouldn't do it so I turned the wheels and hit the gas hoping to just drive around him. Instead he grabbed onto the frame and tried to block me. So I kicked him. Right in the gut!!! Knocked him off the cart but he kept his balance and started running beside me. He still had his wedge in his hand, he starts swinging it me..making contact with the body of the cart. His buddy is also now chasing me and swinging away for my head, he's making contact with the roof of the cart. I realize it's only a matter of time until one of them hits me so I decide to slam on the brakes and take the fight outside. Both of these guys are armed, now with sharp broken shafts. I jump out and surprise them. Grab the first guy and take him to the ground, remember these guys are tiny little 50 year olds. At this point I feel like unloading on the guy. He's down, I could hurt him but I hear the other guy coming from behind and I know he's carrying a broken club. Right when he was about to carve me up my buddy catches him, grabs his arm and stops him. Everyone kinda gets up. They've both got weapons, I've got my hands around the first guy's throat and my friend says "how about I just put the pin back in". Both of them just nod and walk back onto the green to finish the hole.

That was probably one of the strangest events of my life. We still had a hole left to finish and the adrenaline was pumping. I bet I would have crushed my drive but decided to pack it in after 8. We had another meeting with these guys on the 18th tee box where they came up and tried to shake our hands.

In the melee the shaft of my 3 wood was broken, probably by one of their club swings but other than that no injuries...I'm not sure how to handle the situation from this point forward. I obviously don't feel like I'm in the wrong but I was also the first to use violence. Maybe explaining the incident to the pro would be a good idea...but I also don't want the negative attention on the company I work for. Any advice? Feels good to get that off my chest.
