I just trashed my chicken boxes so I won't know about sodium on them. From quick google I would guess 500 from salsa and 250 from chicken breast lettuce shouldn't have any.
Sodium should be the least of your worries. If you are taking in lots of sodium just drink more water and you will piss it out and you don't have to worry.
With two meals a day of chicken salsa salad and 3 protein shakes puts me at about 1800 mgs which is slightly high of reccommend but I drink 3 litres of water usually a day so it doesn't worry me.
Last night I jumped on the gym scale and it said 175! 10 more lbs to go!
