EDIT: Obviously someone else saw the value and picked it up just as it became available again.
I was just visiting and they have one 2 bedroom unit left under 400k.
It is on the 12th floor and has WICKED views of the downtown/golf course as well as south and to the west a bit.
This was on a 24 hour hold and it doesnt look like the buyer is going to be showing up.
Will become available at 6pm and doubt it will last long.
