I think the punishment can range from a fine to having to give up draft picks.
I'm curious to know what the burden of proof is for this kind of thing. There is a lot of circumstantial evidence, but do we need something concrete like proof of a meeting, email or phone conversation?
I doubt that the NHL wants to deal with this in the middle of the finals though.
