JR contracting now at 0/4 for showing up at my house to do my lawn. They don't do it, but at least the guy was rude on the phone. Apparently they sold ~1200 dealfind vouchers. Which annoys me, because I bought the dealticker before then, and they only sold ~80 of those, so I figured they'd be able to handle that much business.
He told me that my one voucher was his last priority, which I appreciated. Dealticker wouldn't refund the voucher, since it had been >30 days, but the continual rescheduling used up that time.
Frustrated, to say the least, probably will do a BBB complaint and see how that goes.
