It still comes down to our culture. Erixon is right in saying that we just don't give younger guys a legitimate shot. We'd rather go with the more expensive veteran player with less talent/lower ceiling then give the young guy a chance to prove himself and live with some rough games early on.
As a team with cap issues i don't know how we are going to sign tanguay, pardy, carson and fill the remaining empty spots? Its going to be a rough couple of years on our end of things at this rate.
Do pardy/carson get NMC's?
