Yeah after hearing this stuff....i dont blame the player himself much. Sounds like his father had his ear from the get go and was always going to attempt to get to NY or nothing...and then the agent started the spinning process to come up with a multitude of reasons for not signing.
So even if the kid re-enters the draft, unless its the Rangers picking him, he was going to do this same song and dance for the next 2 years.
Agents and parents are as poisonous as anyone else in decisions like these, especially when dealing with a guy that just got out of his teens and likely has been pretty much sheltered and spoiled his whole hockey life.
Good job by Feaster to get what he got when all is said and done.
