^ Actually, mine is Aluminum with a carbon fork like yours. I'm a little leery of full carbon. I understand if you crash a carbon bike it can cause stresses and fractures that you can't see but can cause the frame to fail. List price on mine is very similar to yours, (about $100 higher) but I got an awesome deal on last years model and got almost $500.00 off.
The other thing I liked about mine is that it's a cyclocrosss frame. I can put wider knobby tires on it and ride dirt and gravel roads, without sacrificing a lot of speed on the road on slicks. The only downside is that the top end gearing isn't quite as high as on a good road bike setup, but I'm not a high end racer and wanted the versatility.
As for components I've got SRAM Rival, they're either the equivalent or slightly better than Shimano 105 depending on who you believe, but the shifting is pretty cool on them and I preferred the shifting action to the 105 stuff I test rode. The carbon fiber brake levers are really nice looking on it as well.
