You ride the bike and eat breakfast for four hours? I don't know what your goals are, but that seems like a pretty odd workout routine. I'm generally of the opinion that if you're at the gym for more than an hour you aren't working hard enough while you're there, but I also make a point of working cardio into my weight routines.
