Yeah I guess so, but looking at most statistical stuff in baseball early on in the season has to be taken with a grain of salt. It's a cool graph to look at and a lot of it is probably pretty accurate (ie; E5's historically bad start of the season defensively), but you just got to be aware that defensive stats tend to take a lot longer than offensive stats to stabilize. So much on defense is out of the player's hands in comparison to offense (you can't control where and the quality of balls hit to you) that it's tough to isolate a player's actual ability with massive sample sizes.
