In unprecidented fashion, GM Dave of the Columbus Blue Jackets has managed to accomplish a few feats 29 other GMs might have thought impossible.

1) He managed to aqcuire the 1st overall pick in the 2011 CPHL Entry Draft.

2) He somehow managed to convince GM BJ of the Kings to remove him from his ignore list and unblock him from MSN.

3) He also did the impossible and got an apology for number 2.

I can't explain it, but I keep saying to myself, "these are not the droids I'm looking for"...

I don't know what that means but I feel somewhat brainwashed.

Whatever GM Dave did, I can attest to the fact that he has some serious mind skills.

Anyway, the deal shakes down like this:

1st overall pick, MTL 2nd 2011, OTT 3rd 2011 for DAL 1st 2011, NYI 1st 2011, Jared Cowan, and Nick Palmeiri.

Thanks Dave for the fun negotiations and with your blessing I reserve the right to block you in the future at my discretion :P
